How do I start the process?

We love wallpaper and know all about it, so we’re here to help! All of the wallpaper brands on our website were carefully selected for their beautiful design and quality of paper. Once you’re ready for wallpaper, submit your request here, and we’ll review your space(s) and overall aesthetic to narrow down some options. We’ll share a look book and then schedule a time to visit the showroom to see samples and other options.

How do I visit the showroom?

La Maison Louise is by appointment only to the public and the trade. Designers are welcome to bring clients, or if your client needs to visit the showroom individually, please let us know and we would be happy to help them. We schedule appointments between 9 am-4 pm from Monday to Friday and on select weekends and evenings. Please contact us to book your appointment.

How do I open a trade account?

To open a trade account, simply send a copy of your Company name, Resale Certificate and phone number to hello@lamaison-louise.com

Trade members can take advantage of exclusive trade-only pricing on wallpaper.

How do I get a quote for wallpaper?

How do I get a quote for wallpaper installation?

Wallpaper installation is based on the space, so room measurements and the selected wallpaper are needed to provide a quote. Please email The Wallpaper Gal for a quote. Alternately, you may work with your own installer or request a list of installers.

How do I place an order?

Do you keep wallpaper in stock?

We do not stock wallpaper, we order it from our vendors when the order is placed.

Do you offer interior design services?

We are available to help with design consultation, but for full design services we are happy to provide a list of designers we have worked with.

I don’t see the paper I want on your website, can you help?

Yes! We work closely with other showrooms and are here to help you source whatever paper you want!

Can I return my wallpaper?

Please note that once an order has been placed, all sales are considered final and cannot be cancelled. We encourage you to carefully review your order and consult with our team if you have any questions or concerns before finalizing your purchase.
